Peace

Yesterday I went to my water aerobics class and then sat in the hot tub for a while afterwards. The water was warm, steamy and relaxing. Outside I could see big, puffy snowflakes falling. The trees in the woods were all wearing soft, snowy blankets. The world looked clean and beautiful. It was such a lovely, relaxing moment.

When was the last time you just soaked up a moment of pure loveliness and felt totally at peace with the world?

I kid you not!..I sat in a hot tub during snow storm, drinking Champagne, and thoroghly enjoyed every moment!..That was about 5 years ago..
Lately,I find my most relaxing moments occur every Sunday morn.
We make it a point to have a nice country breakfast, and lounge around 'till noon before attempting anything of consequence..It's a rule.

Mmmm, guilty secret: Every Tues/Thurs during relaxation in the gentle class... Ahhh. And Shhh, Sunday morning at my house while watching the candles flicker and listening to soft music in quiet worship and reverence. So peaceful :)
